Our dedicated team is committed to serving you consistent and creative dishes in a relaxed and pleasurable setting. Our chefs visit the Sydney markets to source new produce for the menu and these relationships ensures that all of our produce is market fresh and of the highest quality.
We also support local producers from our renowned Brisbane Water oysters. Not only content with using the finest produce, our chefs have initiated an extensive product traceability program to ensure we know the origin of all of our key ingredients, and that, wherever possible, they are part of a sustainable farming practice.
This philosophy has also been carried through to our extensive wine list which lists wines from smaller boutique wineries from around Australia and abroad, creating an interesting and exciting experience enabling you to try wines you would not normally have access.
