Continuing on from the success of our 2011 Hatters Parties and with requests for an event for you and your children, we are excited to bring you Mad Hatters with your Junior Master Chefs.
July 11th from 12pm.
$40 for adults, $20 for children.
Glass of bubbly on arrival, Divi plates served with a selection of freshly made sweets & savories, Cake decorating demonstration conducted by the central coasts award winning The Sweetest Things.

Seared sea scallops & green tea noodles, toasted pistachios with
caramelised mirin, ginger & kaffir lime dressing. L
Confit of pork belly with a pork & duck terrine, celeriac puree, globe
artichoke, bordelaise sauce & pedro ximenez jelly. GF
Marinated Yamba prawns, sweet corn puree, sauce vierge with a
watercress salad & saffron tapioca. GF
MAIN
Crispy skin barramundi with poached marron tail, petit pois,
caramelised pancetta & cauliflower puree. GF
Rack of lamb, with a parsley & garlic puree, sweet potato
skordalia, pimento & pinenut jus. L
Jamon wrapped veal backstrap with potato galette,
caramelised eschallots & tarragon béarnaise. GF
