Our team of dedicated chefs source our produce regularly from the Sydney markets Using these relationships ensures all of our produce is market fresh and of the highest quality We also believe it is vital that we know the origin of our products & with this objective in mind, we’ve initiated an extensive product traceability program to ensure that only the highest quality produce is sourced, both locally and from around Australia. Buying direct from the market means we can carry a fantastic range of seasonal fresh and live seafood and have a commitment to a sustainable Australasian seafood industry.
The local community is important to us as well and where ever possible we believe in supporting the local producer when sourcing produce for our menus. Our local Terrigal butcher supplies our specialty cuts of meat.

Beverage List
Our wine list comprises of a broad range of flavors and styles from some of Australia’s most acclaimed wine growing locations and some of France’s top producing regions. We have opted to select from only smaller 4 & 5 boutique family wineries with limited quantities on each vintage to create a more interesting and satisfying experience. Each wine has been personally selected by our team to best represent each variety that region has to offer and we have also highlighted some of our staff’s own recommendations as well.
We are also very proud of our own house labelled wine offering a selection of wines that would satisfy even the most discerning palate. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask one of our friendly staff.
